Lollapalooza Festival in Paris, the city of love

During last weekend we went to the Lollapalooza Festival in Paris, the city of love. We spent 3 days and 2 nights in Paris.
We travel to Paris by car and left The Netherlands on saturday morning. After checking in the hotel, we walk through Paris. Of course we pass by the Arc the Triomphe.
Ladurée
Whenever I visit a city where there is a Ladurée, I tend to buy a box of macarons.
Who doesn’t love their macarons? Plus I really like their cute shopping bag.
Since I usually buy a special box for the macarons, I chose this cute pink box in the warehouse Le Printemps.
In my box I have in total 6 macarons, Cherry, Rose, Orange Blossom, Iced Mint, Salted Caramel and Chocolate Caramel.
Some of the flavors are seasonal flavors, like cherry, chocolate caramel and iced mint. I enjoy all of the flavors in the box. The macarons are very fresh this time, so they are very yummy.
Cafe des deux Moulins
We both like the movie Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain. So our next stop is at the cafe of the movie, Cafe Des Deux Moulins. The staff is unfortunately not too friendly, but maybe the waiter just has an off day. The food arrived very quickly and it is okay.
In the toilet hall there is this cabinet which has a lot of Amelie goodies and I think it’s really cute!
Lollapalooza Festival
On sunday we went to the Lollapalooza Festival, this is the first time the festival is in Paris. The first show is from Oscar And The Wolf. He is an awesome young guy with a great voice. Tom Odell is the second show for us, his songs are quite divers, but nice.
At the Lollapalooza festival there are a lot of lines at basically every place. From the cashless counter, toilets to food trucks, which is pretty annoying.
The third show is by Liam Gallagher, he is an arrogant guy and the fans acts like crazy. After that there is an hour till the show of Lana Del Rey. Oh boy, the fans at the Lana Del Rey are the worst! They keep pushing you whilst there is no more room to stand, which is very frustrating.
Paris, until next time! Do you like Paris? Leave a comment below!
