Last year in the summer I had some hair loss and read some information about the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins. It has been a hype on social media for a while now. It seems like a lot of celebrities are also taking the blue gummy bears. Thinking to myself, okay why not give it a try? I ordered my first two bottles of Sugar Hair Bear in the beginning of september. A bottle has 60 vitamins, so you will finish it within 30 days.

So what is exactly in the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins? See the following list for the active vitamins and minerals:

  • Vitamin A
  • Folic Acid
  • Vitamin B-6
  • Biotin
  • Vitamin B-12
  • Pantothenic Acid
  • Vitamin C
  • Iodine
  • Vitamin D
  • Zinc
  • Vitamin E
  • Choline
  • Inositol

Furthermore the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins contains the following ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Natural Flavors, For Colors (Tinanium Dioxide, Blue 1), Coconut Oil and Carnauba Wax.

The hair vitamins are made in the USA and are vegetarian hair vitamins. They are gluten free and gelatin free. The vitamins has a sweet berry flavor, they are made with real berries. I must say that they are quite yummy. You need to take 2 vitamins a day, I usually take them every morning and every evening.

Before and after

Sugar Bear Hair Vitamins Review

In total I have taken 4 bottles of the Sugar Hair Bear vitamins. On 15 september I have my first picture taken of the length of my hair, which is the photo on the left. As you can see, my hair has a middle length and it falls over my shoulders. Yesterday, on the 1st of january I have my second photo taken, which is on the right. It is a photo with flash, hence my hair looks very shiny.

Truthfully I have not been to the hair salon in the 3,5 months since I had my first Sugar Hair Bear. My hair now is quite some longer than before. They say that hair grows slower in the winter months, but I think with the Sugar Bear Hair it definitely helps growing my hair faster. I have less hair loss too, which is actually my first goal to begin with.

I think that the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins taste yummy and they do work. However after taking them for four months I will stop. Not because I think that they don’t work, but because of the price. If the Sugar Bear Hair vitamins are cheaper I might continue taking them. Unfortunately I think that the price is still quite high, so for now I will stop taking them.

  • Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of
any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates.
I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.
Please let me know if you run into anything.

I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

    • Hi,
Well I personally haven’t used any Twitter widget get but if you have a WordPress blog, you can try any of these Plugins:
Rotating Tweets (Twitter widget and shortcode), WP to Twitter, AccessPress Twitter Feed – Twitter Feed for WordPress or Easy Twitter Feed Widget Plugin.
Good luck and hope this helps!

  • Hey, I was wondering if you finished taking the sugarbearhair and if you noticed losing hair again? I have been taking them now for about 3 months and I also see improvement in growth and structure of my hair but I’m afraid that when I stop using them my hair will go back to how it was before(greasy and a lot of hair loss).

    • Hi Stef!
I do have some hairloss after I stopped taking the vitamins, but it is not as bad as before. But during the winter months it’s more common to lose more hair than usual. What kind of shampoo are you using?
